Band club

Dumppi ry students have a large number of music lovers and this club is just for you! Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of their skill level, as you can come to the band club either with a long-standing hobby or to try something completely new.🎸

The Band Club has also given the world the gift of the toughest cover bands of all, Yritysankka! From our own events to weddings and graduation parties, Yritysankka has already thrown a few gigs.

Band club practices three days a week: Mondays and Wednesdays from 14:00-17:00. Practices are always arranged on a case-by-case basis, but the band tries to practice at least once a week with the whole group.

DumPadel

The aim of the DumPadel club is to bring together Dumppi members interested in padel, creating a official and active community. The club offers its members the opportunity to participate in padel events, develop their playing skills and enjoy a social community.

PörSail

Pörsail is a sailing club founded in 2020 with the aim of enabling low-threshold sailing for all member of Dumppi and Pörssi. In addition to this, the aim is to offer unforgettable experiences in sailing and boating!⛵😎

A regular feature of the Pörsail's activities is the annual sailing excursion to the Mediterranean Sea, where we all go out to admire the sunsets and taste the landing shots. In addition, other sailing-related activities such as sailing courses are organised here on Finnish soil.

Do you have a new idea for a club under Dumppi? If this is the case, please follow the instructions here so that we can make the idea a reality!

1. Create a preliminary action plan for the club that includes at least the following:
   1. What the club is about / Purpose of the club
   2. Description of activities (e.g. events, communication)
   3. Benefits and goals of the club
2. Contact the chairman of the organisation or the sector manager whose area of activity the club would be suitable for and arrange a meeting to examine the establishment of the club
3. If the club gains support during the meeting, be prepared to present a supplemented action plan at the board meeting
   1. Board meeting decides on the establishment of the club

What does Dumppi offer clubs?

Dumppi ry supports the official clubs operating under it in at least the following ways:

• Dumppi helps with start-up costs
  • E.g. First overall badge order
• The club can use Dumppi's communication channels to reach its members
• Dumppi offers clubs at least a general email address
